We have three important macros where we need them in daily life (Carbohydrates aka carbs, Fats, Protein)

All the three macros are very important for us but according to your goals.

Carbohydrates:People usually think carbs are the culprit who makes us fat or to gain weight no excess carbs for your daily intake makes that. Carbs are nothing but the fuel for your body never neglect carbs. Carbs make an important role in dieting phase. They are required for your breath, daily actions,etc.. carbs also includes Fiber and sugars. One gram carb has 4 calories.

Fats:Fats are again divided into saturated and unsaturated fats we do required fats in our daily intake as they need for brain functioning and for good hormonal balance. One gram fats have 9 calories which is something double the carbs and protein.

Protein:Protein is something which is also very important for the body in both the cutting and bulking phase. Protein helps in repairing the muscle tissues which is very important. One need to take 0.8-1.0gms/1 pound of your weight. One gram protein has 4 gms of calories.

Micros

We also have micronutrients which are also important to consume daily. Macros are nothing but vitamins, major minerals like calcium, magnesium, chlorine, phosphorus, potassium and sodium.

Exercise or Physical Activity is something we need to adapt to our daily routines to be fit and healthy. I usually see people at the gym doing only treadmill or cycling or criss-cross machine for hours and think we can lose weight and be healthy they mean cardio is the best weapon to lose weight but they never understand that excess cardio not only kills fat but also our muscle. So the fat loss is a journey where we include both weight training and cardio too. Weight training is something where we gain strength and power.
